Pumpkin Cream served with warm peanuts, crumbled Amaretti (almond flavored macaroon) and homemade corn bread. Prosecco Astoria, Fagottini di Zucca, Homemade dumplings filled with Amaretti and pumpkin, with a creamy sage, sauce and guarnished with shaved black truffle, Gruner Veltliner Leth, Roasted Ham, Pepper and Fall Spices crusted Honey Ham, served with Caramelized Pineapple and Amarena (italian imported marinated cherry). Tempranillo Bodegas Emilio Moro, Turkey Roast, Traditional Thanksgiving Stuffed Turkey with Sweet Mashed Potatoes, Sautéed Mushrooms, Bacon French Beans and Cranberry Marmalade. Zinfandel Seghesio, Pumpkin Pie, Homemade and served with Vanilla Ice Cream and Dark Chocolate, Sauternes Le Fleur.
